IGNIS provides the Channel so that any interested party can report incidents, queries, doubts or complaints regarding non-compliance with the applicable internal and external regulations.

IGNIS has strong governance foundations that facilitate orderly and scalable growth based on social dialogue and the achievement of corporate commitments.
IGNIS governance is structured through a Board of Directors and through Business Area Committees and an Investment Committee.
In addition, IGNIS has a Supervisory and Oversight Body to which the Board of Directors has entrusted the supervision and monitoring of IGNIS’ internal controls in accordance with the provisions of the applicable compliance regulations.

WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL
The Whistleblowing Channel is the preferred channel for internal reporting of possible infractions committed in a work or professional context, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption.
