At Ignis Energía S.L., depending on the category of the interested party we treat the information provided with the following purposes:

Should any interested party consider that the information is not being correctly treated by Ignis Energía S.L. or that the requests for the exercise of such right have not been satisfactorily attended, a claim before the data protection authority may be filed, the AEPD being the applicable one within the national territory, www.aepd.es.
