At IGNIS Projects, we identify trends, structure, and develop comprehensive energy solutions for industrial clients and digital infrastructure providers, including data centers, who require reliable and competitive energy supplies aligned with their decarbonization and growth objectives.
Our projects involve the development of both electricity consumption and all elements associated with its generation. We offer multi-technology solutions that range from new energy demand models—especially relevant due to the growth of digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and data management—to energy generation and storage. We comprehensively lead all phases of each project, from its inception and initial conceptualization to obtaining permits, engineering, approvals, and preparation for construction.
Our solutions integrate renewable energy generation, energy storage, and, when necessary, infrastructure associated with large-scale energy consumption. The resulting projects can be transferred to third parties or incorporated into our investment portfolio, in which case we can participate in their subsequent construction and operation through our in-house services. This comprehensive model allows us to transform complex energy needs into fully executable projects.

We provide comprehensive management of energy assets—both our own and those of third parties—throughout their entire lifecycle. We invest in our own assets, which we then operate with the aim of maximizing returns. Through our asset portfolio, we enter into long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs), providing clients with a stable and competitive supply of renewable energy and facilitating the decarbonization of their operations.
We also offer market representation services for power generators, managing both our own assets and those of third parties to optimize their participation in various electricity markets and system services, with the aim of maximizing the value of the energy produced. This model is complemented by the provision of additional services, such as operation and maintenance (O&M) of third-party generation facilities, allowing us to manage a broad portfolio of assets and offer fully integrated energy facility management.
Based on our integrated capabilities, we are able to offer comprehensive energy solutions to our three customer segments: data centers, large industrial consumers, and power generators.
