Discussions covered the technical, financial and strategic criteria of both initiatives, as well as challenges related to project financing and regulatory compatibility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1308\">Jose Antonio Membiela shared his perspective on how these initiatives can drive the consolidation of strategic industrial clusters, contributing to the development of a competitive green hydrogen ecosystem at a national level.
