In compliance with the Energy Regulatory Commission’s (ERC) Order dated 06 October 2025, directing Ubay Solar Corp. to inform the consumers by any other means available and appropriate, of the filing of the Application, its reasons therefor, and of the scheduled virtual hearing in ERC Case No. 2025-030 MC, entitled: “In the matter of the application for the authority to develop, own, and\/or operate dedicated Point-to-Point limited transmission facilities to connect the 137.48MW ubay solar power plant to the ubay 138kV substation, with prayer for provisional authority.\u201d<\/p>\n
