– Diversification as a Growth Strategy:<\/strong> The key to IGNIS\u2019s success lies in its ability to operate in different segments of the energy sector. From renewable energy development to energy management\u2014holding a 7% share of the daily market and over 10% in balancing services\u2014along with PPAs, green hydrogen projects, data centers, and the electrification of energy-intensive industries. Additionally, with a presence in 10 countries, IGNIS is focusing on strategic markets such as the United States and Italy.<\/p>\n

– Spain, a Market of Opportunities:<\/strong> According to Sieira, Spain has a well-developed and sophisticated market where the high penetration of renewable energies provides flexibility and reduces costs in the energy system.<\/p>\n

– Attracting Investors:<\/strong> IGNIS\u2019s vision has captured the attention of major international funds. In 2021, VORTEX ENERGY<\/em> acquired a 32% stake in the company, while in 2024, KKR<\/em> entered IGNIS P2X, acquiring 50% of this industrial decarbonization platform.<\/p>\n
